Chip Bent’s recent movie credits include MY FAKE FIANCE (Will) directed by Gil Junger for ABC Family, NINE DEAD (Sully) with Melissa Joan Hart, and SATIN (Auto) with Robert Guillaume and Alley Mills. A few award winning short film credits include HAIRY, and BUCK FEVER both directed by Shawn Forry as well as, THE LAST SUPPER with Eliza Dushku. He has performed numerous roles for many different webisodes directed by Brian Lazzaro and written by Woody Thompson and the HAPPY HOUR series sponsored by Budweiser. He has done numerous commercials including the vampire in the ongoing series for The Stinking Rose. His stage credits include the world premieres of EASTER (Herman) by Will Scheffer, ONE (David) by Jill Ephron, and SHADOW HOUR (Skrag) with David Ruprecht, as well as the west coast premiere of IS HE DEAD (Dutchy) by Mark Twain/ David Ives. Not only has Chip performed on numerous stages in Los Angeles, but he has also been busy touring sketch comedy at different venues across North America. He is a proud performer and cofounder of OPEN WINDOW ENTERTAINMENT, a family theater company that tours around California. He is a proud board member and improv performer of IMAGINATION WORKSHOP, an organization founded by Margaret Ladd and Lyle Kessler where the arts and science “meet” to help those with mental disorders. Chip is born and raised just outside of Atlanta and is a graduate of University of Notre Dame.
